About This Opportunity

Our MBA Program Advisors are key players in enhancing the student experience for the School's Graduate Management Discipline through day-to-day admission and advisory functions. The School's vision for this role is to be a recognised, responsive and valued partner, providing high level services to students with the aim of ensuring they realise their study aspirations.

This position is located at our heritage-listed UQ Brisbane City location on Queen Street in the Brisbane CBD.

Our Ideal Candidate

You'll be committed to service excellence, with experience in client/customer support functions to back this up. Your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team will be exemplary, including a high level of interpersonal skills when engaging with a vast range of stakeholders. Skills in managing expectations of diverse clientele are vital, particularly within a policy driven environment. An undergraduate degree (or equivalent), plus work experience in higher education student services functions will be highly regarded.

What We Can Offer

This is a full-time, continuing position at HEW level 5.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $69,408 - $77,306, plus super of up to 17% and recreation leave loading of 17.5%.
