About This Opportunity

The Employee Services Officer is accountable for the efficient and effective management and coordination of all HR transaction processing activity undertaken by the Employee Services Unit to meet the operational and service delivery needs of the client portfolio. As the most experienced and designated ‘super user’ of the HRIS system in their Employee Services Unit, the Employee Services Officer is responsible for approving the delivery of HR transactions processed by Employee Services Assistants. The role ensures all HR transactions processed are in compliance with relevant policies and /or external legislative and regulatory controls.

This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, renowned as one of Australia’s most attractive university campuses, and located just 7km from Brisbane’s city centre.
