Property and Facilities Division

The Asset and Campus Services Sections within the Property and Facilities Division are responsible for the delivery of a range of services on all UQ Campuses.  The Asset Services Team provides building maintenance, grounds and playing field maintenance, fire safety, traffic and parking and Security of the UQ estate.

The Campus Services Team provides services to maintain and further improve the environment in which members of the university community study, work and live.  These services include cleaning, mail dispatch, fleet services, logistics, and furniture. 

About This Opportunity

Manage the University Fleet in accordance with University Policy.  Lead a team of Fleet services Staff.  Provide accurate and timely reports and advice to stakeholders relating to the procurement operation and disposal of Fleet assets and Fleet Services operations.

This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, renowned as one of Australia’s most attractive university campuses, and located just 7km from Brisbane’s city centre. Our Ideal Candidate

You will have knowledge of policies and procedures relating to transport and fleet management and experience in the use of systems such as Unifi and Archibus Fleet Module.

What We Can Offer

This is a full-time continuing position at HEW level 6.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $79,200 - $85,067, plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $92,664 - $99,528.
